Payment for Services
At Clean Portland Gutters, we collect payment for services at the time of completion. Payment can be made via credit or debit card, or by check. If you wish to make arrangements for other payment terms, please contact our office ahead of time. Any outstanding payments after 10 days will be subject to late fees.

Oral Agreements
It’s standard practice in our industry to discuss, agree, and finalize service details over the phone or in person. Our team uses clear, standardized language to describe the services and records the details of all conversations. We can provide an email summary of these details upon request for your reference.

Gutter Cleaning
Our professional technicians use appropriate tools and methods to clean gutters, including hand tools, blowers, and hoses. We take extra care to ensure the gutters are free from debris and functioning properly. However, please note that external factors like storm debris, tree buildup, and natural weather conditions may lead to further debris entering your gutters between cleanings. Clean Portland Gutters guarantees that the gutters will be cleared on the day of service, but routine cleaning is recommended to maintain optimal performance.

Roof and Solar Panel Cleaning
We use a gentle, non-abrasive system for roof and solar panel cleaning, which includes the use of pure water cleaning systems. Our cleaning method is designed to preserve the integrity of your roof and panels, leaving them clean and streak-free. We never use harsh chemicals that could cause damage to your roof or solar panels.

Limitations on Liability
While we take every precaution to clean your gutters, roof, and solar panels carefully, there are inherent risks associated with these services. Any existing damage or structural issues that could be exacerbated by cleaning, such as broken windows, brittle panels, or faulty systems, may result in unintended damage. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions that could affect the safety or quality of our work. Our team will work diligently to prevent damage, but we cannot be held responsible for unforeseen issues that arise during the service.

Storm Windows
When cleaning storm windows, our technicians must remove and reinstall the storm panels. While we take great care during this process, there is always a slight risk of breakage due to the delicate nature of these windows. If any storm window is damaged during cleaning, Clean Portland Gutters is not responsible for the cost of replacement or repair unless specified in writing prior to service.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
